These terms govern your use of Profit Path Academy and your membership. Please read them carefully.
Educational content only
Profit Path Academy provides educational content related to forex trading, market structure, risk management, and trading psychology. Nothing on this site or in our live sessions constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading decisions are solely your own.
Membership & billing
The PPA+ membership is billed at $700 per 6-month period. Your membership auto-renews every 6 months unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund prior payments.
Refund policy
Due to the digital and live-access nature of the program, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, contact us at profitpathacademy@gmail.com.
Cancellations
You can cancel your membership at any time from the billing page. After cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current paid 6-month period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.
Acceptable use
Members agree not to share login credentials, redistribute course materials, record or distribute live sessions without permission, or use the community for spam, harassment, or unauthorized promotions. Violations may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
Risk disclosure
Trading forex carries substantial risk, including the possible loss of funds. Past performance discussed in sessions or examples is not indicative of future results. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site and membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
